Our People
XMCS is led by Duncan Hare. Duncan was Global Leader for Programme & Portfolio Management at one of the big-4 and is currently one of the UK Government’s very small group of external senior advisors on major programmes (to £100Bn). He has successfully designed, initiated, turned around and led programmes and projects at the highest level.
Duncan works with a core group of around 25 other high-impact client-delivery focused leaders to shape and deliver XMCS’ services.
Our wider associate group (circa 1800 people) have all been selected in the same image: high impact, high value, high-integrity, practical leaders who accelerate client delivery.
